Trying to eat healthier has been a big goal for us this year, and smoothie recipes have honestly made it feel doable on busy days.

Between school drop-offs, late workdays, and practices, this orange strawberry banana breakfast smoothie has become my go-to breakfast on the go.

I make it in my Blendtec blender because it blends fast, stays creamy, and keeps up with our hectic mornings.

This morning smoothie is perfect because you can prep the ingredients ahead of time in a freezer-safe jar and grab a healthy breakfast even when life feels nonstop.

Ingredients  

  • ½ cup Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • handful Ice
  • 1 tablespoon Flax Seed optional

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth.The more ice you add, the runnier the smoothie. Less ice makes it thicker.
  • If you choose to add flaxseed, it will not affect the other ingredient amounts, although you may need to adjust the amount of ice.
