  1. Paint the cardboard box with white acrylic paint so that it is completely covered.

  2. Allow the first coat of paint to dry thoroughly and apply a second or third coat if necessary.
  3. Meanwhile, cut out the individual parts of the rabbit head from construction paper. To make a box, you will need two rabbit ears and two leaf-shaped pieces of paper in the color of the rabbit’s fur. There should also be two smaller rabbit ears and a nose, for example in a pink tone.

  4. Attach the smaller ear pieces to the larger ones.
  5. Then glue the bottom ends of the ears to the inside of the lid of your box and gently bend them upwards.
  6. Now glue the two pieces of fur and the nose onto the lid of the box.
  7. Draw the eyes and other details such as whiskers directly with a black marker.
  8. If necessary, make the finished Easter bunny gift box even more individual by adding small bows, patterns or glitter, for example.
